Marco Brice
Relationship Manager

Born and raised in East Yorkshire, I moved to the Midlands for Aston University where I graduated with a degree in Economics and Management. I joined Cambridge and Counties Bank in 2016, initially helping out in a busy property team.

As one of the longest-serving members of the Midlands team, I help our broker base find the best possible deals for their clients, with a sensible and tailored approach to funding solutions.

Outside of work I love sports and play football regularly, although I tend to stick to golf as I get older. My goal for this year is to get my handicap below my annual lending target!🏌️

I moved to Cambridge & Counties Bank in 2020 as a Relationship Manager to continue my journey in providing lending solutions to panel brokers and customers.

Building relationships with new and existing brokers is key to successfully helping our clients achieve their real estate and business goals. I enjoy the challenge of lending against property, and the varying deals keep my job interesting and diverse - every step is a learning curve!

I enjoy sports; I’m a Manchester United fan, and I also enjoy playing snooker - I’m looking to join my club team next year. Since moving in with my girlfriend I am now the proud owner of a tortoise named Dora. 🐢

Amandeep Kaur
Relationship Manager

Originally from West Yorkshire, I moved to Leicester to study Marketing and Human Resource Management at De Montfort University. After graduating, I started my career with NatWest where I worked for 15 years.

I joined Cambridge & Counties Bank in 2016, working as Portfolio Manager Assistant before becoming part of the Real Estates team in 2018. I’m keen to develop my knowledge in Real Estate lending, and I’m in the perfect place to learn and grow.

Most of my time outside work is taken up by my German Shepherd which certainly keeps me on my toes! 🐕 I enjoy our long walks together as well as movies and the latest box set series. 📺

Michelle Stevenson
Senior Lending Officer

I have over 30 years’ of experience in banking, working both in the UK for Lloyds Bank and abroad for one of Australia’s ‘Big Four’ banks, the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

After moving back to the UK in 2018, I joined Cambridge & Counties Bank. This has given me the opportunity to further develop my commercial finance knowledge within the Midlands region, helping our clients to grow in their property investment journey.

I’m also a keen property investor outside of work, with a growing portfolio. I love travelling and I’ve recently bought a holiday home in Murcia, Spain - the perfect place to enjoy the sunshine with my husband! 🌴
