Area Director

I’ve had the pleasure of working in the commercial real estate market for more than 15 years. From relationship management at Nationwide, through to originations and helping customers restructure their finances in the challenging times of the 2007 financial crisis.

Since joining Cambridge & Counties Bank, I have had an exciting two years, growing and establishing the bank’s Southern offering alongside my colleagues. As we move into 2022, I’m delighted to be leading the team as we expand.

Outside the world of property, I am a husband to Hayley and father to Jacob, Sophia and Ralph the dog. Any spare time after property and parenting is spent chasing a little white ball around a field, searching for the flag and hole! ⛳

Hi, I’m Lucy Coy,
Relationship Manager

I was brought up in Sheffield, studied Politics at the University of Liverpool and moved to London in 2012. I have worked in the Property Finance sector for c.10 years starting my career at Nationwide Building Society, working in various branch and commercial department roles.

Prior to Cambridge & Counties Bank, I was part of the development finance team at Shawbrook Bank. I joined Cambridge & Counties Bank in February 2020 and I’m thrilled to be part of the rapidly expanding Southern team, developing new professional contacts and clients and building on existing relationships.

Outside work I enjoy socialising and travelling. I have been married to Edward for 4 years and we have an almost 3-year-old son, Freddie. Family life with a toddler is always busy and often chaotic, even more so with our 3-year-old Labrador Ernie! 🐕

Hi, I’m Nick Cox
Relationship Manager

I’ve spent the last 17 years in banking, working at Nationwide Building Society, Secure Trust Bank and Handelsbanken. I have a breadth of real estate experience and I enjoy all elements of the lending process - it gives me great pleasure to develop robust funding solutions for my customers.

I am married to my surveyor wife Jules, we have a 4 year old son called Seb and Mars the Cat - both are hugely entertaining! I enjoy running and also support West Bromwich Albion and the Jacksonville Jaguars in the NFL 🏈.

Hi, I’m Tom Nuttall,
Lending Officer

I have worked in finance for 17 years, initially in residential & specialist underwriting and moving to commercial real estate finance in 2007. Today, I couldn’t be more excited to be a part of such an enthusiastic and knowledgeable team at Cambridge & Counties Bank.

My broad experience is in line with the bank’s approach to lending. We work alongside our brokers and clients to understand the opportunity, building strong relationships in order to complete each transaction efficiently.

Outside of work, my wife and I enjoy walking our dogs, travelling, playing hockey, and watching our local rugby team, the Northampton Saints. I am also a keen cook and occasionally don my chef’s jacket at the weekends to help my friend’s event catering company 🥘

I completed both my Undergraduate and Masters degrees at Nottingham Trent University before starting my banking career at Cambridge & Counties Bank in 2017. From working in portfolio management to the relationship management team, I enjoy delivering exceptional customer service to clients and brokers alike.

Outside of the Bank, I enjoy socialising with friends and family as well as visiting the latest eateries around the country 🍲
