Senior Relationship Manager
Location: South of England
You would generate the maximum amount of compliant profitable sales through the achievement of targets, whilst ensuring good customer outcomes.
You would also assist the RDs and Portfolio Managers (PM) with their existing portfolio of high value clients by supporting and helping the Banks manage its risk exposure, retention and growth targets across a specific customer base.

For this role you will need the following skills and experience:
- A proven record of success in business development and sales, including bridging and development
- A high level of financial and commercial awareness, including credit analysis
- Excellent sales and interpersonal skills
- Impressive record of achieving targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills
- An understanding of Conduct Risk and Consumer Duty requirements.

You would identify and develop new business opportunities, through frequent reviews, which will help the Bank achieve its strategic and Business Plan.
You would balance the risk metrics and look to generate the maximum amount of compliant profitable sales through the achievement of sales targets and ensuring good customer outcomes.

Portfolio Manager – Corporate
Location: South of England Salary: £50,000-£65,000pa
Working alongside the Regional Director (RD) you would provide an effective first line of defence in the Credit Risk Control processes, through the management of an existing portfolio of clients.
You would be responsible for the control and sanction, in line with the Bank’s Lending Policies and Procedures, of Credit submissions, annual Loan Reviews and management of any arrears concerns. This would ensure the Bank’s exposure to Credit Risk remains acceptable, and there is no detrimental effect on the Bank’s secured position.
You would become a productive member of the Relationship team, assisting with the team’s motivation and general development.

- Experience in a customer facing, business development type role, managing your own time and a varied portfolio of customers.
- A proven record of credit analysis and decision making.
- A high level of financial and commercial awareness with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- An understanding of the relevant rules under the financial services acts.
- An understanding of Conduct Risk and Consumer Duty requirements.
- A high level of market awareness.

Marketing Manager (6 month FTC)
Location: Leicester with hybrid working Salary: £45,000-£50,000 pro rata
We are looking for someone to join us on a 6 month fixed term contract to develop and deliver the relaunch of one of our key business lines at Cambridge & Counties Bank.
If you can lead the strategic development and marketing delivery of our key business lines, playing a pivotal role in creating its marketing strategy, creating a comprehensive multi-channel plan and managing its delivery across all market channels, then we would love to hear from you!
About you
For this role you will need the following skills and experience:
- Significant marketing experience, ideally within financial services.
- Demonstratable experience of delivering multichannel marketing with equal experience of digital and non-digital.
- Ability to interpret research findings and turn them into actionable marketing plans
- Experience of building reporting metrics to measure ROI for marketing activity across digital and non digital channels
- Comprehensive understanding of Conduct Risk and Treating Customers Fairly requirements.
- Excellent level of communication and interpersonal skills, particularly at senior level.
- Negotiation and relationship management skills, including agency management experience (creative/ digital).
- Creative thinker, that can work at a strategic level and see ‘the bigger picture’ but ensure the delivery happens on time and to plan
- PC skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
